CANOPY

The beautiful, tonal colors and luxurious feel of Sprigs and Stone’s Mer-Yak DK, hand-dyed in Olympia, WA, give Canopy’s cropped waistline and wide, elbow-length sleeves an elegant drape, perfect with skirts or high-waisted pants and all the layers for fall. The colorwork motif recalls the gorgeous foliage that autumn in the Pacific Northwest is known for!

Canopy’s unique yoke design combines a traditional top-down yoke with a central leaf motif that cascades down the front of the sweater. Instructions are included to customize the yoke depth for fit. You may use stranded colorwork all the way around, or a combination of stranded, duplicate stitch, and intarsia in the round. Links to technique tutorials are all included, so it’s up to you!
